I authorize the work shown above to be undertaken. I agree to pay for the repairs and materials to your current retail charge. I understand that any estimate given is provisional and that payment will be on cash basis unless prior agreement of credit has been approved. Any unpaid balance shall constitute a lien on this vehicle machine / equipment.

A parking fee of GH¢ 150.00 per day will be charged on vehicles which remain uncollected 7 days after presenting of invoice.

Customers are responsible for parts they supply to the workshop to be fix on their cars.
Parts supplied by customers which does not work and has to be replaced will attract the same initial labour charge per number of times the same part is replaced.
The workshop will not be responsible for any personal belonging left in the car.

I agree unconditionally that my vehicle, machine / equipment may be sold off to offset my indebtedness to the company in the event of a default on my part.
